RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable) Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at support@silq.fr and send your item to: Gissac, Sainte Anne, 97180, Guadeloupe.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
